Apple Cider Vinegar

You can heal a sour or upset stomach using apple cider vinegar. It can provide relief from bloating, belching and gastric.

The healthy enzymes in it help improve digestive health. Besides, its acidic nature also helps kill harmful bacteria in the digestive tract and restores the pH level of the stomach to its normal level.

What You Need To Do

  • Add 1 tablespoon of raw apple cider vinegar to a glass of warm water.
  • Drink it before each meal to prevent the problem in the stomach.
  • You can also add some raw honey to it.

Ginger

Heating Pad

Aloe Vera Juice

  • Take out the aloe vera gel with the help of a knife and a spoon.
