Cleansing of the Colon is Important: know here why?

The colon, part of our digestive system, holds great importance. Its work is to extract water, salts, vitamins, and minerals from the indigestible food matter. Indigestible food is the food which was digested in the small intestine. Colon is responsible for the elimination of solid waste from the body.

The improper functioning of the colon can create problems for you as it affects your health. This is because when it does not work in a proper way, instead of removing wastes it starts storing them. It does so by absorbing the waste materials.

Water :

For cleaning up the colon, you must drink plenty of water. It is important to drink 8-10 glasses of water. Regular intake of right amount of water can give body enough liquid to flush out the wastes from the body.

Extract the gel of fresh aloe vera and juice of one lemon to it. Blend this mixture in a blender to make a smooth juice. Keep this juice for 2-3 hours in the refrigerator and drink it 2-3 times in a day.

 

Ginger :

This ingredient is easily available and can regulate the functioning of the colon. It can keep the colon free from waste materials.

You can take ginger in many forms like you can grate it, cut it or take out its juice. The other good option is to add one tsp. ginger juice, lemon juice to a cup of hot water. For making it tastier add a little honey.

Sea Salt :

For cleaning of the colon, sea salt can be helpful too. All because of its detoxifying properties which means that it removes the wastes from the body.

Take a glass of water and add sea salt to it after that boil it. You can drink this solution in any way warm or cold, in the morning. After drinking this, lie down and massage the stomach down to the colon area in a gentle manner. This can improve the bowel movements and relieves constipation.
