5 Amazing Juices You Must Drink for Easing Constipation

You’ll need 5-6 prunes, ½ a tsp. each of honey and cumin powder and 1 cup of warm water. Then soak the prunes in a cup of warm water for around five minutes. Take out the pith of the soften prunes and along with some water put them into the blender. After adding honey and cumin powder, give it a spin.

Take one cup of chopped oranges and toss them into the blender. Spin it and pour the juice into a glass. Before drinking you can add a pinch of black salt to it and stir well.
